Learn To Live Happy & Healthy!

MyGo are hosting free daily events for this year's Self Care Week, with the aim of teaching young people aged 16 - 24 how to live happy and healthy.

Each day throughout the week we'll have different activities onsite, with professionals offering expert advice and guidance regarding eating healthy, fitness, mental health, physical well-being and building yourself a positive outlook on life!

Monday 13th:

11:00 – 12:00: Positive Behaviour with YMCA

13:00 – 14:00: Taylor’s Yoga session & Talk

14:00 – 15:00: Karl’s home workout & nutrition


Tuesday 14th:

10:00 - 11:00: Debt and money advice (CAB)

11:00 – 12:00: Money Advice and Budgeting workshop (Money Metrics)

14:00 - 16:00: Exercise planning and tracking, stop drinking/smoking App (Public Health England)

Wednesday 15th:

11:00 - 12:00: Housing advice & homelessness (IHAG)

13:00 – 15:00: Meet an Olympian - Sleep, Rest and Relaxation workshop

13:00 – 15:00: 4YP - Mental health triggers & recognition workshop


Thursday 16th:

10:00 - 10:30: Body Hygiene from Head to Toe (with Matt Burt)

13:00 – 14:00: Social Animals Live Out – Local social groups, events, parties and shopping groups

14:00 – 16:00: A visit from the Mayor

Friday 17th:

10:00 – 11:00: Eat well for less with MyGo's Louise

12:00 – 14:00: Social Development workshop with Level 2

13:00 – 15:00: Sexual Health sessions and STI checks with Terrence Higgins.
